1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using nexpaa ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
nexpaa provides shared access to premium subscription services including streaming platforms, music services, AI tools, and software applications. We purchase family or group plans from service providers and share them among multiple users. Each user receives individual access credentials and full service features as provided by the original service provider.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before service activation. We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. Prices are subject to change with notice.
5. Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. If you enable auto-renewal, your subscription will automatically renew using funds from your wallet. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. We will notify you before each renewal. Failure to maintain sufficient wallet balance will result in service suspension.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds will be processed to your wallet or original payment method within 3-5 business days. Services that have been actively used may not be eligible for full refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary service disruptions. We will replace non-working accounts within 24 hours of notification. Service availability depends on the original service provider's terms and conditions.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others, (b) use the service for illegal purposes, (c) attempt to hack or compromise our systems, (d) resell or redistribute access to services, (e) violate the terms of service of the underlying service providers, (f) use automated systems to access our platform, or (g) engage in any activity that disrupts our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of nexpaa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Service provider logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn points by referring new users. Points are awarded when referred users make their first purchase. Points can be redeemed for services on our platform. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
12. Limitation of Liability
nexpaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for issues arising from the underlying service providers. You use our services at your own risk.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any unused wallet balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ugandan law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
