1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if: (a) You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. (b) The service is not working as described or advertised. (c) You have not extensively used the service (usage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis). (d) The service credentials provided are invalid or non-functional. (e) We are unable to provide a replacement account within 24 hours of a service issue. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances of each case.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases: (a) After 7 days from the date of purchase. (b) If you have violated our Terms of Service or the service provider's terms. (c) If you have shared your account credentials with others. (d) If the service was suspended due to your actions or misuse. (e) If you simply changed your mind after using the service. (f) For partial months of service (subscriptions are billed monthly). (g) If you enabled auto-renewal and forgot to disable it before renewal.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund: (a) Contact our support team via email (nexpaaofficial@gmail.com), WhatsApp (+256 778 395 6392), or through your dashboard. (b) Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. (c) Our team will review your request within 24 hours. (d) If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. (e) Refunds are issued to your nexpaa wallet by default. (f) You can request a refund to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds: (a) If you have used the service for a portion of the billing period. (b) If the service experienced significant downtime during your subscription period. (c) If you are downgrading from a premium to a basic plan. Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the unused portion of your subscription. The minimum refund amount is UGX 5,000.

5. Service Issues and Replacements

Before requesting a refund for service issues, please note: (a) We offer free account replacements for non-working services within 24 hours. (b) Temporary service disruptions from the original provider do not qualify for refunds. (c) We will work with you to resolve any technical issues before processing a refund. (d) If you experience issues, contact support first for a quick resolution. Most service issues can be resolved without requiring a refund.

6. Wallet Refunds

Refunds to your nexpaa wallet: (a) Are processed immediately upon approval. (b) Can be used to purchase any service on our platform. (c) Can be withdrawn to your bank account or mobile money (minimum withdrawal: UGX 10,000). (d) Never expire and remain in your account indefinitely. (e) Can be combined with referral points for purchases. Wallet refunds are the fastest refund method and are recommended for quick resolution.

7. Original Payment Method Refunds

Refunds to your original payment method: (a) Take 3-5 business days for mobile money. (b) Take 5-10 business days for bank transfers and credit/debit cards. (c) May incur processing fees depending on your payment provider. (d) Require verification of the original payment details. (e) Are subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times. We have no control over the speed of refunds processed by third-party payment providers.

8. Auto-Renewal Refunds

For auto-renewed subscriptions: (a) You must disable auto-renewal before your renewal date to avoid charges. (b) Refunds for auto-renewals are only provided if requested within 24 hours of the renewal charge. (c) We send renewal reminders 3 days before your renewal date. (d) It is your responsibility to manage your auto-renewal settings. (e) Repeated refund requests for auto-renewals may result in account restrictions.

9. Referral Points and Refunds

If you used referral points for a purchase: (a) Refunds will be issued as a combination of wallet balance and points. (b) Points used will be returned to your points balance. (c) Cash portion will be refunded to your wallet or original payment method. (d) If the referral that earned you points requests a refund, the points may be deducted from your account.

10. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied: (a) You will receive a detailed explanation of the reason. (b) You can appeal the decision by providing additional information. (c) Appeals are reviewed by our senior support team within 48 hours. (d) Our decision on appeals is final. (e) You may escalate unresolved disputes through legal channels in accordance with Ugandan law.

11. Fraudulent Refund Requests

We take fraud seriously. Fraudulent refund requests will result in: (a) Immediate account suspension. (b) Forfeiture of all wallet balance and referral points. (c) Permanent ban from the platform. (d) Legal action if necessary. Examples of fraud include: falsely claiming services don't work, requesting refunds after extensive use, or creating multiple accounts to abuse refund policies.

12. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
