Subscriptions
We purchase family or group plans from service providers and share them among multiple users. Each user gets their own profile and access credentials, just like a regular subscription. You'll have full access to all features of the service.

Auto-renewal automatically renews your subscription before it expires using funds from your wallet. You can enable or disable this feature anytime from your dashboard settings.
Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service. The refund will be processed to your wallet or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay. We're transparent about all costs upfront. Some payment methods may have small processing fees which are clearly displayed before payment.
Referrals & Rewards
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they sign up and make their first purchase, you earn points. 1 point = UGX 100. You can redeem points to purchase services or get discounts.
You earn 10 points for each successful referral (when they make their first purchase). Bonus points are awarded when you reach referral milestones: 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 referrals.
Points can be redeemed for services on our platform or converted to wallet balance. Currently, direct cash withdrawals are not available, but you can use points to purchase any service.
